Managing Director

Dylan is a Board Director of Brunel and based in London. He is responsible for the overseeing of all the Company’s Insurer relationships and looking after and servicing the Company’s key clients.

Chris Ladkin

Chairman

Chris is a key part of the management team, having been a board director of various other Insurance Brokers over the last 30 years. He is responsible for advising the Board and looking after key clients.

Sue Cooper

Director - Northern Region

Sue joined Brunel in 2007 and is responsible for looking after key clients in the north, overseeing and running both the Manchester and Perth Office.

James Burgoyne LLB ACII

Director - Claims & Technical

Jim joined Brunel in 2009 and heads up the Technical and Claims Department to ensure all our clients receive award winning risk management and claims servicing.

Jonathan Filer BSc (Hons) Cert CII

Director – Head of Retail Broking

Jon is based in Bristol and is responsible for the nationwide business development for the Company and day-to-day management of the Bristol Broking Team.

John Stagg

Director - Head of Wholesale

John joined Brunel in 2010 and heads up the wholesale team, overseeing the management of the 550 Insurance Brokers who place their clients PII or their own PII through Brunel.

Mark Sommariva

Director - Sales

Mark joined in 2006 and is based in London. He's responsible for Business Development of the UK’s largest Professional firms.

Siobhan Crawford

Financial Controller

Siobhan heads up our Accounts Team and is responsible for all functions of our accounting department; from collecting and paying Insurer money to management accounts and payroll.

Jane Perrett Cert ILM, Cert CII, IACert

Operations Manager

Jane is head of Operations and ensures the smooth running of our Quality Assurance, FCA Compliance, Statutory Regulations, Training Competence Programmes, IT, Telecoms and HR.

Adam Axtell-Powell

Associate Director - Servicing

Adam has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is responsible for looking after some of our key clients throughout the south west and is often out on the road meeting clients.

Jamie Fleming

Associate Director -Servicing

Jamie has over 10 years’ experience in Professional Indemnity and is responsible for looking after some of our key clients throughout the West and Midlands. In addition, Jamie assists in the smooth management of the Bristol Broking Team.

Nicholas Whiteford

Associate Director -Servicing

Nicholas joined in 2011 and rose quickly through the ranks of our New Business team. He now helps to look after our London and South East based clients as well as helping with the day to day in the London office.

Michael Murray

Associate Director - Claims & Technical

Michael Joined Brunel in 2016 having worked for several market leading law firms specialising in professional indemnity matters. He manages our growing Claims & Technical Team and has day to day oversight of both the risk management and claims handling operations of the team.

Clarisse Robbins

Associate Director - Claims & Technical

Clarisse joined Brunel in January 2014 and has five years experience in the industry. Her responsibilities include reviewing contracts, supporting with claims and offering risk management advice to clients.

Matthew Golightly

Associate Director - Claims & Technical

Matthew joined Brunel in 2014. His responsibilities include assisting clients with the review and negotiation of contracts and terms of engagement, providing risk management advice, and assisting clients with claims.
