We are proud to be leading the PII industry on environmental issues. As the insurance industry and public alike become increasingly aware of environmental issues, Brunel is being recognised for it’s longstanding commitment to sustainability.

We are the only PII broker to be a member of ClimateWise, the collaborative insurance initiative, in association with Cambridge University, which aims to respond to the risks and opportunities of climate change. Brunel is also the first specialist professional indemnity insurance broker to achieve zero-carbon status, with its results independently verified by Pure, the clean planet trust.

Brunel has committed to a quarterly audit of its carbon emissions by Pure, including all travel and commuting by staff, office power consumption and office consumables such as office stationery. In addition, we have taken key steps to become totally paperless environment, which include; removing all office printers, paper files, office cabinets and moving its IT systems into the ‘Cloud’.
