Brunel is one of the few truly independent PII brokers left in the UK. Many of our national competitors place their clients with a select few Insurers on the grounds of higher commission levels or financial interest by the Insurer. This practice may leave clients with higher premiums or less cover.

Are you currently working for a PII Broker in Bristol or London?

• You may be uncomfortable being tied as a broker and only being able to approach one or two Insurers, especially when you know there are other Insurers who could provide more competitive premiums and/or wider cover.
• Perhaps you work with small clients and are not happy with the lack of resources and service standards provided to these clients?
• Changes can be implemented by the “management”, which can have a negative effect for the clients? Do you question if the management really know what you do on a day to day basis?
• Do you have ideas on how to improve client service standards or the company, but no one is willing to consider this, perhaps the decision maker is based in another country or area and does not understand how changes can enhance the company and the services available to the clients?
